JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-07-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. (I) For directing and commanding the respondent authorities to take appropriate steps to protect the constitutional rights of
Patna High Court CWJC No.9183 of 2024(2) dt.25-07-2024 2/3 the petitioner and to safe guard the life and property of the petitioner, as due to inaction on the part of the respondent authorities, the encroachment of the land and property is being made by private respondent nos. 11 in connivance with authorities.
(II). For directing and commanding the respondents to take appropriate steps to remove the illegal encroachment from the land/property of the petitioner, due to illegal act/inaction of the authorities the encroachment over the land & property of the petitioner is been made by the private respondent and the petitioner is compelled to approach this Hon'ble court by way of filing instant writ application.
(III) For directing and commanding the respondent authorities to take appropriate steps to safe guard the life and property of the petitioner. Inspite of order passed by the Administrator-Cum- Special Work officer Bihar Board of religious Trusts dated 16.09.2007 the respondent authorities are not taking any steps in this regards and the respondent no.
11 in connivance with local goons and local authorities are taking steps to encroach, alienate and sell the property of the petitioner, temple."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur and the Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
