Neither petitioner was caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession and except confessional statement of co-accused as well as some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri District Sitamarhi in Pupri P.S.
