The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Barauni P.S. case No.97 of 2010 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.

Considering that the Petitioners did not surrender before the court for the last five years, the application is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioners to surrender and make prayer for regular bail.
