1. This is second bail application filed by the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the cause of death, as per the post-mortem report per se show that it is a case of hanging and since there was love affairs, there is all possibility of the deceased committed suicide.

3. I have carefully considered the submission and perused the F.I.R., it is a case registered against the petitioner under Section 302 I.P.C. Investigation is required to be conducted and the petitioner would, therefore, be required to be examined by the Police. In the circumstances, no case for anticipatory bail is made out.
