At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission to withdraw the writ application with liberty to move before the State Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, which has jurisdiction to entertain an appeal against the order impugned dated 24.02.2016 passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Bhojpur in Appeal Case No. 18 of 2015 and its analogous cases.

3. Learned counsel for the private respondents submitted that the State Authorities are harassing them and the case of the State has no merit. He further submitted that the State Appellate Authority has no jurisdiction to hear such appeal.

4. Be that as it may, the writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to move before the statutory State Appellate Authority.
