The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, petitioner along with two others cheated the informant on the pretext of providing job in State Bank of India.

It is submitted that petitioner has already returned the amount which was given to him by the informant. Parties have entered into compromise. Similarly situated co-accused Vikash Kumar Yadav has been granted anticipatory bail by this court vide order dated 17.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2283 of 2020 and other co-accused have been granted bail by the court

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 322 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
