JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-05-2019 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 353 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution story is that while informant was coming, three miscreants reached on a motorcycle and snatched the valuable documents and cash of Rs.10,000/- on the point of pistol. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R, later on, his name transpires on the confessional statement of co-accused and he is an accused in three other cases.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except the confessional statement of co-accused nothing is against the petitioner and after arrest in this case, he has been remanded in other cases and the petitioner is in custody since 04.01.2019.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 353 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
