The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 232 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. They are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. No specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioners. Further submission is that there is case and counter case
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36690 of 2019(2) dt.25-06-2019 2/2 between the parties for the alleged offence.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 232 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
