Petitioner is said to be main assailant and the trial of the petitioner has already commenced as it is evident from letter no. 162/2015 dated 14.12.2015 of the trial court.

Accordingly, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 35 of 2015 arising out of Udwantnagar P.S.
