JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-07-2016 Four petitioners, invoking inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, have prayed for quashing of an order dated 18.10.2013 passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-1st , Kaimur at Bhabhua in S.Tr. No.270/2013, G.R. No.550/13 arising out of Bhabua SC/ST P.S. Case no.12 of 2013 registered for the offence under Sections 147,148, 149, 341, 323, 323, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code , Section 3(1)(x) of SC/ST Act and subsequently Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act were added. By the said order, the petition for discharge filed on behalf of the petitioners was rejected.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50763 of 2013 (2) dt.21-07-2016 2/2 In the F.I.R., there is specific accusation against the petitioners. On examining the record, the Court is satisfied that while rejecting the discharge petition, learned court below has committed no error.

The petition stands dismissed.
