Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with Tangi on her head but the injury found on the head of informant Urmila Devi is opined to be simple in nature as no bony lesion was found cut. Petitioner is in jail since 18.08.2015. Petitioner happens to be the next door neighbour and brother-inlaw of the informant. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43159 of 2015 (2) dt.18-09-2015 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 173 of 2015.
