2. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation in the First Information Report is that the marriage of the daughter of the informant was solemnized with one Manoj Mandal in the year 2023 and the daughter was done to death by all the accused persons including the present petitioners on account of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

No.33961 of 2025(2) dt.27-05-2025 2/3 petitioners are the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased and it has been stated in paragraphs-10 and 12 of the petition that they are residing separately and they have no concern with day to day affairs of the deceased and her husband. It has further been submitted that as a matter of fact, the inquest report and the postmortem report would both indicate that the deceased has died due to consumption of poison. However, the opinion with regard to cause of death has been kept reserved for the report from the FSL. These facts would be evident from the bail rejection order itself. Further, the charges have already been framed in this case on 13.11.2024 and it has been pointed out by the petitioners that one of the similarly situated co-accused, namely, Arvind Mandal, who is the brother-in-law of the deceased, has already been granted bail vide order dated 13.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17672 of 2025. The petitioners are in custody since 11.06.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the application for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
