JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 06-04-2016 The Court had already considered the prayer for bail of the petitioner earlier and rejected for the reasons indicated therein on 03.03.2015, a copy of the order is Annexure-1. There is no change in the situation, which would compel this Court to reconsider or accord prayer for bail of the petitioner. In fact, the Court would be of the opinion that the Senior Superintendent of Police, East Champaran at Motihari must personally ensure that the trial of such cases are given a priority and with due assistance of the P.P. the matter is expedited and the trial is taken to its logical end. In fact, the trial may even be separated, if need be.

In view of the aforesaid, prayer for bail of the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43350 of 2015 (4) dt.06-04-2016 2/2 is rejected in connection with Rajepur P. S. Case No. 38 of 2007, pending in the court of Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran.
