2. The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 14.12.2023 passed by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class East, Muzaffarpur in Hathaudi P.S.Case No.199 of 2017 whereby and whereunder the Judicial Magistrate has taken cognizance for the offence under section 302, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is said to be involved in the killing of the deceased.

4. In these circumstances, this application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds at the stage of framing of charge.
