JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and almost all the relatives of the deceased have already been granted the privilege of bail by different Benches of this Court.

Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 132 of 2014 to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
