Nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

The learned counsel Mr. Chandrakant for the respondent is present.

So far the relief claimed is concerned, it may be mentioned here that the High Court never issues writ under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. Therefore, so far the relief claimed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is concerned, this application is not maintainable, as no such relief can be granted under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
