The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 58 of 2019 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. He is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that on perusal of seizure list, it appears the recovery has been made from the open field. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36642 of 2019(2) dt.25-06-2019 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Rohtas, Sasaram in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 58 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
