At the outset, Mr. Prabhakar Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner in the presence of State submits that with the passing of the order in batch cases, the lead case being LPA No. 1703 of 2015 which has also been affirmed by the Hon'ble Apex Court, the petitioner do not have case.
