2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Lalmatiya P.S. Case No. 19 of 2026, registered under Section 8(c) and 21(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per prosecution case, the 14.20 grams of Brown Sugar like substance was recovered from the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner is in custody since 02.03.2026.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that petitioner carries four criminal antecedents out of which two are of NDPS Act.

6. Considering the recovery and two antecedents of similar nature, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, this application is dismissed.

7. If the trial is delayed, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months.

8. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
