JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Jalley P. S. Case No. 180 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the gravity of the offence and the fact that the petitioner and one Tabrez Beig are alleged to have fired shot causing injuries to two sons of the informant as a result of which both of them died, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
