Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier by order dated 22.04.2015 vide Criminal Misc. No. 8411 of 2015 with an observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining nine months in jail. Petitioner is in jail since 24.11.2014 i.e. he has already remained in jail for more than ten months.

In the circumstances aforesaid, petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43975 of 2015 (2) dt.23-09-2015 each to the satisfaction of the learned 9th Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 957 of 2014 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 231 of 2015.
