The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 105/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 427/436/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on purely suspicion, the petitioner and his entire family members have been implicated in the present case and there is no eyewitness to the occurrence. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that there was an enmity between the two parties and there is one other case which was instituted by the brother of the present informant in which the petitioner is already on bail.

No.34062 of 2019(2) dt.23-05-2019 2/2 In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Siwan, in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 105/2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
