Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 399, 402, 364/511 of the Indian Penal Code.
The police on information apprehended four persons, namely, Kundan Kumar Yadav, Rahul Kumar, Subodh Kumar and Bablu Ram. Apprehended accused persons disclosed the name of the petitioners but nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioners. No offence under section 364 of the Indian Penal Code is made out.
Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioners above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44055 of 2015 (2) dt.22-09-2015 named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura (Sirari) P.S. Case No. 487 of 2014.
