There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he opened fire on the deceased as a result of which, deceased sustained fire-arm injury and died in course of his treatment. Contention on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner has been implicated in this case on account of previous enmity but I am not, at all convinced with the aforesaid submission.

Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 192 of 2014 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 139 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-Ist, Barh stands rejected.
