The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Barsoi P.S. Case no. 329 of 2018, registered under Sections 304(B) and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing of sister of informant by her husband and other in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry of Rs. 2,00,000/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is married Nanad of deceased, sister of the informant, and with ulterior motive, she has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that Imamul, father in law of the deceased, has already been granted privilege of pre-arrest bail on 15.03.2019 vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 16564 of 2019

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35707 of 2019(3) dt.15-07-2019 2/2 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Further submission is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M-Ist, Katihar in connection with Barsoi P.S. Case No. 329 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
