After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ application in order to pursue the authorities of the Education Department to consider the case for grant of recognition, as the students passed the training examination from Khwaja Sahid Hussain, Primary Teacher Training College, Nista Katihar in academic Session 1988-90 and vide letter no. 240 dated 25.04.2014, the respondents have granted recognition to the students, who
Patna High Court CWJC No.3475 of 2018(3) dt.12-07-2022 2/2 passed training from the institution, in question, in different academic Sessions.
In view of the above, the writ application is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the remedy before the respondent authorities of the Education Department.
