It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was granted provisional bail on 22.09.2022 for the period of three months in view of an agreement of both the parties to solemnize marriage between the petitioner and the informant's daughter namely, Shanti Kumari and thereafter the marriage has been solemnized between the informant's daughter and the petitioner on 04.10.2022 and after that marriage, one child has taken birth from their conjugal relationship and in the present time the informant's daughter is residing at her sasuraal
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36376 of 2022(4) dt.17-02-2023 2/2 and accordingly, a prayer is made to confirm the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 22.09.2022. Learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant accept the above-mentioned submission. In view of the above submission, let the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 22.09.2022 is hereby confirmed on the same bail bond taken under the said order. Accordingly, the instant criminal miscellaneous petition stands disposed off.
