The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Bhadwar P.S. Case No. 13 of 2015 registered under Sections 302, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code as also Section 3 & 4 of the Prevention of Witch (Daain) Practices Act, 1999. Regard being had to the specific allegation in the FIR that the petitioners strangulated one Kaili Devi to death, I am not inclined to grant them anticipatory bail.
