1. No one appears for the petitioner.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner was not selected and after having failed in the selection process challenged the selection of the respondent making allegations relating to these documents before this court. The respondent has been appointed in the year 2007. He submits that the challenge has been made after 11 years.

3. Learned counsel submits that on facts also the allegations are false and she has placed documents to show that she has obtained her qualification from the duly recognized Institutions.
4. No rejoinder has been filed to the counter affidavit.
5. Taking into consideration, the contents made in the counter affidavit, no case for interference is made out.
