The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the respondent no. 2 to look into the allegation

Patna High Court CWJC No.8893 of 2020 dt.04-03-2021 2/2 of encroachment by the local Mukhiya on the private raiyati land of the petitioner.

Such complaints ought to be looked into at the earliest to prevent any injustice.

The District Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif is directed to look into the matter and take a decision in that regard, preferably within a period of ninety days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction/observation.
