2. The present petition has been preferred for the

Patna High Court MJC No.1833 of 2025(4) dt.14-11-2025 2/2 grant of following relief(s):

"for initiation of contempt proceeding against the contemnors/opposite parties for willful and deliberate violation of order/judgment dated 22.09.2023 passed in CWJC No. 3400 of 2018 by the Hon'ble Court."

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no.7, 8 and 10 in which the Annexure-A shows the order passed by the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Madhepura vide memo no.815 dated 03.10.2025 by which the petitioner's name stands incorporated at serial no.23 and 24 showing the promotion granted to them.

4. This Court is convinced that the order stands complied.
