Taking into consideration the quantity of recovered charas from possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 162 of 2012 pending in the court of Special Judge, Motihari is again rejected. However, the trial court should expedite the trial of the petitioner.
