The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The daughter of the informant was married with Sudama Mahto five years ago. The informant alleged that due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry Sudama Mahto and his family members brutally assaulted his daughter Gyanti Devi and killed her. No specific allegation is made against the petitioners who happen to be father-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased. It is submitted that they are living separately and they have no manner of concern with the family of the deceased or her

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in Motihari P.S. Case No. 155 of 2015.
