2. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:

i. For issuance of writ of mandamus and any other writ or writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the concerned respondent authority to make proper and impartial and independent inquiry/investigation of Sakra P.S. case no. 88 of 2024 dated 9-2-2024 instituted

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1150 of 2024(3) dt.07-07-2025 2/3 for the alleged offences u/s 461 and 379 of Indian Penal Code.

II. For adequate and unbiased investigation of Sakra P.S. case No. 88 of 2024 in the light of judicial pronouncement and directions given by the High Court passed in Cr.W.J.C. No. 153 of 2017 (analogous cases) vide order dated 9-9-2022.

III. For further direction to the concerned respondent's authority not to harass and prosecute the Petitioner in a concocted and planted and provide proper protection to the Petitioner.

3. Pursuant to the order dated 23.06.2025, the SHO of Sakra Police Station, Muzaffarpur and the I.O. of the case have appeared. They have submitted that the investigation of the case is going on properly.

4. Considering the statement of the SHO of Sakra Police Station, Muzaffarpur and the I.O. of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Police to investigate the case properly.

5. The Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur will supervise the case himself.

6. The personal appearance of the officers is
