====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 18-12-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Bihar State Selection Commission are present.

2. Vide order dated 30.10.2023, this Court has ordered the Commission to verify from the original form that whether the petitioner has filed Annexure-7 with her form or she had filed any other document. It was directed that if the petitioner had filed Annexure-7 with her form, then in that case, the Commission shall come with the correct stand and for that two weeks time was granted.

3. Supplementary counter affidavit has been filed by

Patna High Court CWJC No.2251 of 2018(6) dt.18-12-2023 2/2 the Commission which is on record and from the said supplementary counter affidavit, it transpires to this Court that the Annexure-7 which is the basis of the case for the petitioner has not been attached with the original form by the petitioner at the time of submission of the form. The original form and its attached document has been attached vide Annexure-R4/D (page no.6 to page no.14) and Annexure-7 is not attached with the original form.

4. In this background, this Court has found that no case lies in favour of the petitioner and hence, with this observation, this writ petition is hereby dismissed. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Divyansh/- U
