2. The present petition has been filed for initiation of contempt proceeding against the order dated 03.10.2018 passed in CWJC No.11488 of 2018.

3. Though, the learned counsel for the petitioner concede all the benefits have been extended, the MACP is still wanting.

4. He submits that he will be agitating the matter before appropriate authority.
