2. The petitioners, who are Panchayat Teachers have filed this writ petition challenging the letter no. 1835 dated 01.04.2025, issued by the District Programme Officer, Nalanda directing the Panchayat Secretary-cum-Member Secretary, Niyojan Unit, Gram Panchayat Raj, Malawan to terminate the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9295 of 2025(2) dt.19-06-2025 2/3 services of the petitioners as Panchayat Teachers on the ground that at the time of appointment of the petitioners, roster was not followed. The petitioners also put to challenge the show cause notice dated 22.04.2025, issued by the Panchayat Secretarycum-Member Secretary, Niyojan Unit, Gram Panchayat Raj, Malawan asking the petitioners to show cause as to why their services shall not be terminated on the ground stated therein. The petitioner has also filed I.A. No. 01 of 2025, whereby the petitioners have put to challenge the termination order dated 22.05.2025, issued by the Panchayat Secretary-cum-Member Secretary, Niyojan Unit, Gram Panchayat Raj, Malawan whereby the petitioners' services as Panchayat Teachers has been terminated.

Since the petitioners are Panchayat Teachers, in view of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 and the decision rendered by this Court in C.W.J.C. 10222 of 2022 in the case of Rani Kumari versus the State of Bihar and others along with series of connected writ petitions, this writ petition is hereby disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioners to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievances raised in the present writ petition.
