2. The present writ application has been filed for wrong fixation of petitioner's grade pay scale.
3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection that the Bihar Government has framed Rule in the
Patna High Court CWJC No.5367 of 2018(4) dt.22-01-2024 2/2 year 2019, namely, the Bihar Government Servant Grievance Redressal Rule, 2019 under which the aggrieved government servant has to file complain before the Servant Grievance Redressal Officer.
4. This writ application is disposed of directing the petitioner to file his complain before the Servant Grievance Redressal Officer within 30 days along with this order, who is directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order with regard to the claim of the petitioner within 60 days thereafter.
5. With this direction, the present writ application is hereby disposed of.
