The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 365 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped Prasant Bharti brother of the informant for the purpose of marriage. Jitendra Singh and another who were apprehended along with Prasant Bharti have already been enlarged on bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26894 of 2015. The petitioner is father of the girl with whom Prasant Bharti was forcibly married. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
