The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

The police got information that government wheat was being unloaded at a flour mill. Raid was conducted. Driver of Pick up van and the petitioner (Munshi) of the flour mill were apprehended.

It is submitted that the petitioner has no concern with the wheat which was being unloaded from the pick up van. Petitioner is in jail since 24.07.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43109 of 2015 (2) dt.18-09-2015 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Mufassil P.S.
