Patna High Court CWJC No.151 of 2021(3) dt.18-08-2022 2/2 writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies as are available under the law for redressal of their grievances, pertaining to removal of encroachment from the land settled in their favour by the Government, which has been encroached by the private respondents. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
