700 litres foreign and country made liquor were recovered from the house of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that it was brother of the petitioner who had stored seized liquors in the joint house and moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in Excise Case no. 07/2015.
