The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Vigilance Special Case No. 49 of 2015 arising out of Karakat P.S. Case No. 91 of 2015 registered under Section 7 of the P. C. Act. The accusation is that petitioner being the Assistant of Indira Awash Scheme made demand of bribe to Moti Lal Pasi but the bribe amount was not paid by Moti Lal Pasi. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while the allegation has been made about demand of bribe by the petitioner being the Assistant of Indira Awas Scheme to Moti Lal Pasi but he himself stated that the bribe amount has not been given
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43827 of 2016 (2) dt.19-10-2016 to the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the above named petitioner being lady be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Vigilance-I, Patna, in connection with Special Case No. 49 of 2015 arising out of Karakat P.S. Case No. 91 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
