JUSTICE KHATIM REZA ORAL ORDER 30-01-2026 This application has been filed for restoration of Second Appeal No. 144 of 2019 to its original file and number, which was dismissed on 15.07.2024 due to non-compliance with the peremptory order dated 01.07.2024 passed by this Court, whereby a period of two weeks time was granted to comply with the office note dated 27.06.2024.

2. Having considered the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Accordingly, Second Appeal No. 144 of 2019 is restored to its original file and number, subject to removal of the defects within a period of two weeks from today.

3. Accordingly, the instant restoration application stands allowed.
