Admittedly, the petitioner's services were dispensed with in 1995 as a temporary Peon (Dai). She has come up before this Court raising grievance that the other persons, who were appointed along with her in 1984 have been regularised in 2007, while the case of the petitioner has not been considered for regularisation.

This Court finds that other three persons, who were appointed along with petitioner on different posts namely Generator Operator, Driver,

Patna High Court CWJC No.179 of 2021(2) dt.22-03-2022 2/2 Night Guard and Mali, who have all been continuously working, while the services of the petitioner's were dispensed with in 1995. Thus, she has not worked for one year and her claim cannot be granted.
