JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-10-2015 The petitioner, who happens to be the husband of the deceased, apprehends his arrest in a case under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code on the allegation that he was instrumental in killing of informant's daughter. The petitioner submits that there is no eye witness to the occurrence and no overt act has been alleged against him.
