JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the UCO Bank as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
The accusation against the petitioner is that he went to the bank for depositing eight counterfeit notes in his account but was caught red handed by the bank officials. The aforesaid notes had been given to him by one co-accused Sonu, who was, later on, called by the bank officials and the aforesaid co-accused Sonu accepted the aforesaid facts. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 17.06.2015.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45118 of 2015 (2) dt.28-09-2015 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S.Case No. 396 of 2015.
