JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. In course of trial, the informant was examined as prosecution witness no. 1 and he stated that he got treated his wife at Darbhanga and he never got treated his wife at the clinic of the petitioner.

Regard being had to the statement of the informant in course of trial, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge,VI, Madhubani in connection with Ladaniya P.S.Case No. 06 of 2015.
