The petitioners being mother and son are apprehending their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323/ 467/468/471/420 and 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
After perusing the complaint petition and considering all the facts and circumstances of the case, it appears that the case is more in nature of property dispute which has arisen out of sale and purchase of land and can well be decided by a Court of competent jurisdiction.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3650 of 2016 (2) dt.18-02-2016 P2/2 submissions on of behalf of the petitioners and also the fact that the petitioners are not having any criminal antecedent, let the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Complaint Case No. 1985 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
