2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 323 , 324, 149, 420, 406, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code .
3. As per the prosecution case , this petitioner along with other co-accused got the land of the informant fraudulently executed in the name of other accused person and this petitioner is alleged to be the the witness to the executed sale deed.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is witness to the sale deed. He is neither vendor nor vendee . He is not the beneficiary of the alleged transaction .

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Gaya in connection with Complaint Case No. 658 of 2022 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
